This Privacy Policy explains how PULSE-TECH, Limited Liability Company (EDRPOU code 46016891, registered address: Apt. 94, 4A Vitianska St., Vyshneve, Bucha District, Kyiv Region, 08132, Ukraine) (“the Company”, “we”) processes personal data in connection with the website paddlique.com (“the Website”). We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process
- Technical data. When you visit the Website, our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of request. This is necessary to deliver the Website and protect it against abuse.
- Data you send us. The Website has no forms and no user accounts. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on the Website.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- operating and securing the Website — our legitimate interest;
- answering your requests and preparing proposals — your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract;
- performing contracts and complying with accounting and tax obligations — contract and legal obligation.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and content delivery of the Website.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser data when the page loads.
- Google Maps — only if you follow the map link on the Contacts page.
These providers may process data outside Ukraine, including in the USA, under their own privacy policies and appropriate safeguards.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a contract is concluded, for the period required by Ukrainian law. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period according to its policies.
